On June 27 a hundred of actual and future TV-workers got their diplomas. And the third part of them are already enlisted in the staff reserve of "Inter" mediagroup.
The education in "Interschool" had continued for almost a year. Students were enrolled according to the results of a contest among the interested persons. This year the "Journalist" specialization was in the most popular demand. Teachers and trainers were professionals from all over the world. At the graduation ceremony authors of the best journalist and film-direction jobs received their statuettes. The prizes and awards were handed out by one of the most renowned Ukranian actors - Bogdan Stupka. And according to the tradition that had already taken shape in "Interschool", the ceremony was closed by the flapper of a well-known Ukrainian director Andrey Benkendorf. Now the third "Interschool" is on start.

"Interschool" is an interesting movement that forms a new generation. In is essential to take part in it so our culture would be transmitted from generation to generation. All the more, this school is organized on the base of a serious TV-channel. I try to impart my experience to the students of "Interschool", i want them to find their own place in this world.
Alexey Bezgin, head of the Kyiv National Karpenko-Kary University of theatre, cinema and television:
"I like the project of "Interschool" because the graduates get a place to work after the termination of the education. They have a possibility to act and create, they can realize their professional experience".

"I think that "Interschool" has a great prospect. On the West the extended system of education that anticipates raising the level of a person's skills, retraining of the graduates of the intstitutes of higher education. And we should have something like that in our country. The graduate that has got a bachelor's, specialist's or master's degree should necessarily do some work on probation, have some practice, and only after that he can start working. That is why "Interschool" is an appropriate unit in this system of staff training. And I think it serves as an example for other TV-channels".

"In the new season starting from September grows the extent of personal production in air of "Inter", NTN, K1 and other of our channels, that is why new trends appear - production of series, shows and so on. So we actually have a constant need in staff".
